Our approach
Our EMS services cover the entire process flow, from the procurement of materials and production through to the final assembly and testing of electronic assemblies and devices. We place particular emphasis on quality, efficiency and meeting deadlines. Thanks to our many years of experience and expertise in the field of electronics manufacturing, we are able to successfully realize even the most challenging projects. Our global procurement process, managed by experienced purchasing professionals, covers all the electronic and mechanical components required.
To ensure maximum process reliability, we rely on automatic inspection systems. We use special laser devices with active laser tuning for the precise adjustment of voltage and current values. In addition, our quality department is closely involved in the production process and carefully monitors every single step.
In SMD assembly, we can assemble 50,000 components per hour. For THT assembly, we have a capacity of 90000 components per hour.
